§1 SHIPPING POLICY
All stock products are shipped the same day on weekdays.
If you ordered a product available in a remote location, it will be shipped directly by Lenny Lamb (the manufacturer) in Poland by UPS or DHL. Our goal is to have it shipped within 24 hours. If the product has to be sewn for you, it might take a little bit longer.

§2 RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You are welcome to try the product, just like you would in a shop - carefully. If you decide to return it, make sure it doesn't have any wear and obvious signs of use that reduce its sale value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and the attached instructions. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, including any other packaging with a logo or a barcode. Make sure to use a bag/box over the original packaging, so that no labels are placed on the manufacturers' box. Remember to attach the return slip and your purchase receipt.

If your return is accepted, you will get back the amount for the item including VAT. The return label can be easily bought via our GLS return portal for DKK 59: https://return.shipmondo.com/wraplady or if you live in another country than Denmark - you can choose your courier and send through them. The return shipping fee will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we or the manufacturer receives it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number.

NOTE: Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must send the products within 14 days of making a return claim. We do not accept returns if the packaging of the products is missing or broken.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If you discover a damage to the package, you must immediately contact the carrier to report a damage. Do not pick up a damaged package. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage can be attributed to the carrier's handling, contact the carrier to make a claim.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Returns are not accepted if issues are caused by any of the following:
a. Slight deviation in size, fabric color, small and scattered nubs.
c. mechanical faults or faults caused by incorrect and / or inappropriate care
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
We want to offer all returned products for sale immedaitely again when we receive them. Therefore if your returned products and their packaging are returned in a condition that reduces their sale value, you might lose your purchase amount, or a part of it.
You can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.
