§1 SHIPPING POLICY
In principle, your order will be shipped the next working day after receipt of payment. Our aim is to offer the best value for money for our products, this is why depending on the item your order will be sent either from The Wrap Lady or directly from the supplier. This allows us to save on transport, storage, packaging and shipping costs and ultimately offer our products at a fair price.
If the product has to be sewn for you, processing and shipping can take anytime from 5 to 9 working days - the exact time is defined for each product on its product page under "Delivery" collapsible field.

§2 RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You are welcome to try the product, just like you would in a shop - carefully. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and the attached instructions. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, including any other packaging with a logo or a barcode. Make sure to use a bag/box over the original packaging, so that no labels are placed on the manufacturers' box.
To make a return, please follow the steps below:

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email confirmation with shipping instructions. You need to send the goods to us postage paid and are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possible track and trace number.

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not accept returns if the packaging of the products is missing or broken.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.
We want to offer all returned products for sale immedaitely again when we receive them. Therefore if your returned products and their packaging are returned in a condition that reduces their sale value, you might lose your purchase amount, or a part of it.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If you discover a damage to the package, you must immediately contact the carrier to report a damage. Do not pick up a damaged package. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage can be attributed to the carrier's handling, contact the carrier to make a claim.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Returns are not accepted if issues are caused by any of the following:
a. Slight deviation in size, fabric color, small and scattered nubs.
