Onbuhimo

An onbuhimo is a traditional Japanese style baby carrier designed to be worn high on the back. It has no waist belt and has a simple and lightweight construction.

It is ideal for back carrying (although front carrying is an option) babies who can sit unassisted. If you want the minimum amount of straps and adjustments, an onbuhimo is the solution for you. It is also perfect during pregnancy or anytime you do not want to put pressure on your abdomen.
